Creating a ticket & Posing a question on author deposit within PEER
To "open" a ticket just click on "New Ticket" on the tab bar above.
Please fill in the form specifying:
the type of enquiry (summary), your enquiry (description), your email address and the email addresses of the people you want to include in the ticket conversation. After you have finished your query you should fill in the Recaptcha check just to avoid spam on the ticket conversation. Your request will then be "assigned" to the members of the PEER technical support team who will contact you as soon as possible. "Opening" a ticket will initiate a conversation, i.e. a history of messages, between you and the support team members. You will be contacted for a reply within 72 hours. Please remember that:
- Any reply from the team members will be saved in the ticket and delivered to you by email
- Any reply from you to the team members will have to be specified through this interface, NOT by email, and will be saved in the ticket
- As a general rule, if it is more than one person interacting with the team members, please sign your replies; this will notably improve the quality of the conversation.
- Your ticket conversation will be saved under 'View Tickets' (see tab bar) and this way be publicly visible to help people with the same queries.
